so, i have been to charlottesville numerous times, and i love it. i must say it is one of my favorite places in virginia. but. something i discovered this morning makes me love it even more.
they have a community chalkboard!
people can write anything they want on it, and every night, it gets wiped completely clean...
and, once we get a nice warm saturday, i am totes going up there to draw & write on it! woot!

ReplyDeleteA community chalkboard is amazing. I love it! It is like the perfect art medium. Without getting too mental about the whole thing it really captures a community creative vibe while also capturing the brilliant ephemerality of art. Perfection.
