happy wedsnesday! here are some of my weheartit faves of the week!

birthday!

so... i had a lovely little birthday! i woke up and went with jenna to get fresh strawberries, and then we came home and made belgian waffles with strawberries on top! then her and i went to hollister to find me a bathing suit for florida...but we ended up going on a shopping spree instead... haha. i got many other lovely gifts, including an adorable anthro apron, two anthro bowls, and many other little goodies! such a lovely saturday, and such an amazing birthday!

i hung out with sarah on friday! haha... we are crazy... but we made edible bird nests and looked at post secrets and drew pictures in barnes and noble!

i have been watching this lovely little pear tree out my bathroom window all week. green leaves turn into buds that turn into blooms. so pretty.

wow... im not doing very well... :/ im going to have quite a busy week.. lets see if i can do this!

well, saturday's little get together went wonderfully! we ate many fine little goodies! so delectable!

and everyone looked so adorable! so, to share some of the craftings, kelly and i made these favor bags by simply cutting circles/flowers out of magazines, and sewing them to regular brown paper bags {with a button to garnish of course!} and then we wrote each girl's name on the bags...

i also made these button flowers, but i used crumpled book pages! i made a lot of them and used them as a simple and easy centerpiece.

a very merry unbirthday...

so i have much much to do before the party this weekend, and although i will be making many cute and adorable things, im going to fight the temptation and wait until after saturday to post all of my pictures of decorations/bakings/etc... no fear, i will still post inspirations, but. just not party stuff... but, get excited, cuz im making some cute little things! can't wait to share!
